Can I add products and write blog posts?
Yes—and we encourage you to do so!
After you submit a product or a blog post, it will go through a short admin review. Once approved, it will be published and available to everyone.
So the less or no plastic a product has, the better. But what about other chemicals? Is it allowed to publish such products?
Simply replacing plastic with another material that contains harmful chemicals does not truly solve the problem. It may even create new risks for both human health and the environment. Therefore, the goal should not only be to reduce plastic use, but also to ensure that all materials used in products are safe, non-toxic, and sustainable.
How do you encourage people to contribute?
First of all—you're not here by accident. By contributing, you help others solve the same problems you may have faced yourself.
We also have a user rating system: the more you contribute, the higher your rating.
In the future, we plan to reward top contributors in each country or region with certificates or gift cards from low-plastic and plastic-free manufacturers.
How are rating points calculated?
Each blog post is worth 10 points, each product is worth 5 points, and each comment is worth 1 point.
Are you a manufacturer or producer?
No. Our goal is to bring together as many low-plastic and plastic-free manufacturers as possible in one place, so people have real alternatives to high-plastic products.
Why am I redirected to another website when I click on a product?
This is intentional. We don't sell products ourselves.
We simply help you discover products and manufacturers, and then redirect you to their official websites. Our goal is to collect and present these options in a convenient way.
Why do I see different products in different countries?
This is also intentional.
We want to show products that are actually available for purchase in your country, not just products that exist somewhere in the world.
What is the purpose of the blog?
The blog is a place to share articles about plastic pollution, highlight low-plastic or plastic-free manufacturers, and introduce new products or ideas.
Do you make any profit from this?
At the moment, no.
We created this website to solve a problem that we personally experienced. We don't have external funding yet.
In the future, we may earn revenue through product referrals.
